There is TD Ameritrade and Oanda. I'm looking into both.
TD uses the Thinkorswim platform - something I'm not crazy about.
EDIT: Oanda is not a dealing desk. They don't accept Ninja Trader either. TD America goes through Gain Capitol so they are a dealing desk as well.

Went with Oanda. No dealing desk.
My interactions with my account rep and customer service have been good so far - much better than FXCM. Trying to get FXCM to do anything was like pulling teeth.
They are looking into offering Ninja Trader and may have an announcement soon.
