We want to have a baby, but unfortunately it's not working out yet. We are thinking of using IVF services. But we need to make sure that it is legal, as well as which clinics provide the best services.

There are a lot of clinics that provide such services, but you're right, legal support should be obligatory, because you will sign a lot of contracts and other things. Also, if you are going to use someone else's biomaterial, they also have their own contract.

You have puzzled us even more with this question, so we definitely need the services of an experienced professional in this field. I am trying to find a lawyer myself, but so far without success.

I'll tell you, it's not that easy to do. Because there aren't that many lawyers who have a lot of experience in dealing with different IVF issues. I would advise you to seek the services of ivf marriage consulting here. They have one of the best attorneys here who will help you throughout the IVF process, keep an eye on everything that happens on the legal side, and help you with the paperwork.
